Pendleton Manor offers a wide range of services on an outpatient basis, helping members of our community get back to doing the things they love the most.


post-accute rehabilitation services

Inpatient post-acute rehabilitation services are provided to residents of Pendleton Manor by qualified and specially trained staff. The most common inpatient therapy services are physical, occupational and speech therapies. These therapies are provided to individuals of all ages who require specialized assistance in learning or strengthening skills needed to lead productive and satisfying lives through a variety of therapeutic activities.

Therapists are involved with resident care on a daily basis. Therapy programs are tailored to meet the needs of the individual resident.



outpatient services

Outpatient therapy provides therapeutic intervention to individuals of all ages who do not require hospitalization or 24-hour skilled care.

Therapy is beneficial in providing initial assessment and follow-up supportive treatment to individuals who require specialized assistance in learning or strengthening skills needed to maximize independence and safety.

This program typically includes one or more of the following disciplines provided by certified and licensed therapy professionals. The program is tailored to meet the needs of individuals.


Therapy Services



Physical therapy includes therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, strengthening, gait-training, ultrasound and E-stim, wound care, thermal therapy, whirlpool, orthotic and prosthetic training.



Speech therapy includes training for memory loss, reasoning and problem solving, understanding and expressing communication, including alternative means, voice disorders, swallowing difficulties and oral rehabilitation. It can also target developmental delays in children’s communications.



Occupational therapy includes upper extremity rehabilitation, including hand and shoulder injuries; retaining of day-to-day activities, such as eating, bathing, grooming, dressing and performing household management; contracture management and splinting; incontinence management; work simplification and endurance training; cognitive training; and adaptive equipment training.
